Smith Family Team – this Mother/Daughter Team is one of the most dedicated and committed real estate teams in the nation. They are associated with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Gary Greene, the premier real estate company in Katy/West Houston.

Meredith Milholm is the mother of five children all attending schools in the Katy Independent School District. At home with the kids is where she has honed her sales, listening and negotiation skills. She has attended, Baylor University, Texas A&M University, and holds an Associate’s Degree from Houston Community College, as well as completing numerous real estate courses. Meredith has obtained Prudential’s e-Certification and is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. When not working for you, Meredith is volunteering with the Katy High School’s Bengal Brigade Booster Club.

Ellen Smith is the proud grandmother of five! She has a degree from Wichita State University, is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute, the National Association of Realtors e-PRO designation and is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist. In addition to being an active realtor, Ellen has mentored and trained many successful realtors in the Katy and Memorial areas. She is a member of the Grand Lakes Presbyterian Church.

Meredith and Ellen specialize in real estate within the ‘Old Town Katy’ and the surrounding area. This includes the area North of I10 within the Katy Independent School District. But they also have real estate knowledge and experience in properties South of I10.
